Here is another wonderful opportunity for you to learn about Extra Virgin Olive Oil and it’s FREE!  Come and learn how to purchase, store and taste EVOO.  I have been tasting and evaluating oils on a Sensory Panel for 5 years and I, also, judge olive oils in local and international EVOO competitions.  At 6:00 in the evening of the 14th of March at the Carmichael Library, I will give a talk to try to clear up all the misinformation that is out there.  Then, everyone will have the chance to taste four oils.  I will teach you how to taste and we will evaluate the oils together.  Such fun!  This event has reserved seating, so make sure you connect with the Carmichael Library to save your place.
