I have been tasting and evaluating oils on a Sensory Panel for 5 years and I, also, judge olive oils in local and international EVOO competitions. At 6:00 in the evening of the 14th of March at the Carmichael Library, I will give a talk to try to clear up all the misinformation that is out there. Then, everyone will have the chance to taste four oils. I will teach you how to taste and we will evaluate the oils together. Such fun!
