This Olive Oil Tasting Event is open to the public and FREE!  There is so much information out on Olive Oil, some of it true and some not so much.  I have been evaluating oils on a Olive Oil Sensory Panel for 5 years and I, also, judge oils in local and international competitions.  Join me and learn how to purchase, store, use and taste EVOO.  Everyone will have oils to taste!   We will have so much fun.  Please reserve your seat by calling the Arden-Dimick Library at (916) 264-2920.  Seating is limited and last time it filled up, so don’t delay.  See you there!
