I have been invited, again, to the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition.  This year will include both Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere olive oils.  The judging will run from March 7th to March 10th.  It is such an honor to be in the company of this group of internationally recognized olive oil judges.  It can be taxing on the senses but the Los Angeles Fairplex takes good care of us.  They indulge us with great food and wine.  I’ll share pictures with you when I return.  It is such a wonderful experience.
